What's the catch to the free version of Shiftfinder?
There's no catch. We have the free version which is fully featured.  This version has an advertisement in the lower corner, but no pop-ups or flashing ads.  We also have addition feature which can be purchased to enhance your your scheduling power.  To view what is free and what is a possible add-on option please see here.

If I want advanced features, what forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or check

How can your software help me schedule my employees more efficiently?
No more wasting time reprinting schedules. The updating and creating of schedules takes only minutes!

What if I am unsatisfied?
You can cancel at anytime. No contract is required for the free version of Shiftfinder or the add-on features!

What if my Employees do not have internet access?
ShiftFinder is still easy and efficient to use for looking up and printing off schedules. It can also be accessed from anywhere the internet is available.

What if I forget my username or password?
Contact us and we will email either you or your supervisor with the information.

What is ShiftFinder best viewed in?
It is best viewed in Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or better.

I typed in my username and password correctly and it would not accept it. Why is this?
The username and password are case sensitive. This is done for enhanced security and it increase the number of possible password combinations exponentially.
